  Were shown one apartment, but then management decided to rent a different unit than the one agreed on. Took multiple complaints about the hole in the front lawn of 245 Brittany lane to get anything fixed. Mail boxes (cluster boxes in the front of the complex) freeze shut in the winter and maintenance claims they can't do anything about it. ("Hold a lighter up to it, it'll eventually open" we were told). Problems with the door frame sinking (making it impossible to enter or leave). When my Mother died there, they decided to keep her security deposit because she didn't give 30 days notice (THAT SHE WAS GOING TO DIE THAT DAY). This charge is contrary to what we were told by management - specifically that if we got the place cleaned out by the end of the month (We did, the place was empty by the 22nd), we would not be responsible for the next month's rent. Despicable and poorly maintained.
